CSR Registration
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Registration is a requirement under the Companies Act, 2013, for companies and organizations to undertake CSR activities and projects. NGOs and other entities that wish to receive CSR funding from companies must register with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) by filing Form CSR-1.

Documents Required for CSR Registration
- Registration Certificate of the NGO.
- PAN Card of the NGO.
- 12A and/or 80G Registration Certificate.
- Details of the Authorized Signatory:
- Name, Address, Designation, PAN, and Aadhaar.
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the authorized signatory.
Steps to Apply for CSR Registration

Prepare Documents:
- Ensure all documents are complete and the DSC is ready.

File Form CSR-1:
- Download Form CSR-1 from the MCA portal (www.mca.gov.in).
- Fill in the required details and upload supporting documents.

Submit the Form:
- Submit Form CSR-1 using the DSC of the authorized signatory.

Verification by MCA:
- The MCA verifies the application, and upon approval, provides a Unique CSR Registration Number.
