Documents Required for Company Registration

For Directors/Shareholders:

  1. Identity Proof:

    • PAN Card (mandatory for Indian nationals)
    • Passport (for foreign nationals)
  2. Address Proof (any one of the following):

    • Aadhaar Card
    • Voter ID
    • Driving License
    • Bank Statement or Utility Bill (not older than 2 months)
  3. Passport-Sized Photographs

For Registered Office Address:

  1. Proof of Ownership (if owned):

    • Sale Deed or Property Tax Receipt
  2. Rental Agreement (if rented):

    • Rent Agreement along with the latest utility bill (electricity, water, or gas bill)
  3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner

Additional Documents:

  1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all directors
  2. Director Identification Number (DIN) for all directors (if not already obtained)
  3. Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA)
