RCMC Registration
An RCMC is issued by Export Promotion Councils in India, enabling exporters to avail benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy.
Required Documents:
- IEC (Import Export Code) issued by DGFT.
- Certificate of incorporation or business registration.
- PAN card of the business.
- GST registration certificate.
- Product details with HS codes.
- Export turnover details (if applicable).
- Membership application form of the relevant Export Promotion Council.
Process:
- Choose the Export Promotion Council: Determine the appropriate council based on the product category.
- Submit Application: Fill out the RCMC application form and submit it along with the necessary documents to the relevant council.
- Verification: The council verifies the application and documents.
- Approval: Upon successful verification, the RCMC is issued.
- Utilize Benefits: Use the RCMC to claim incentives under the Foreign Trade Policy and participate in trade fairs and export promotions.
