- PAN Card of the NGO.
- Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years.
- Details of Key Members (Name, Address, Contact Details, and Aadhaar or Passport).
- Bank Account Details:
- A dedicated FCRA bank account in a designated branch of the State Bank of India, New Delhi.
- Activity Report:
- Comprehensive report on activities carried out by the NGO in the last 3 years.
Steps to Apply for FCRA Registration

Open an FCRA Bank Account:
- This account must be in the specified SBI branch in New Delhi.

- File Form FC-3 (A) for new registration or Form FC-3 (C) for renewal on the FCRA online portal.

- Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.
